New Client
Welcome to the TLP Team! We are so happy to offer you a portal you can keep all your information in one place and both client and practitioner can view it. Please take a moment to understand how to set up your portal.
First visit our webpage home page www.TopLinePriority.com (If you are reading this you are already here, yay! Just click "Home")
Under our Logo you will see 3 buttons - You will Click the "New Client" button
You will be redirected to our purchase portal
You will see 2 options - In Office Services & Mobile Services
Click "Book Now" for the service you are looking to book at:
Mobile - Session is performed at Your Home or Farm or Facility with given permission
After you click "book now"
You willl click " + different location) and enter the address you would like the session performed at
make sure to check off "save this address to my profile" then click "continue"
**IMPORTANT** You will be redirected to book your appointment date and time - this does not matter for mobile sessions as this will restrict you to only our office hours m,w,f 10am-1pm and not our mobile availability as this will depend on what area we are in for the day
Click "Add to Waitlist"
This will than bring you to the portal sign in page - click "create a profile at the bottom on the login
Enter your first and last name, phone, email, create a password, gender, and your reminder style - click "create account" when this is all done
you will get an emailed and text message code from "vagaro" enter this into the verification code section (if they send you two use the last one received)
you can pick any day and time as again this will be limited to our office times and we will change this after we are in contact with you for availability
now click "Add to Waitlist" the green button at the bottom
We will than reach out to you with our availability to set up a Mobile Session
Office - We are located inside DeBole Chiropractic located at: 6280 ny-96 Victor, NY 14564 (in GPS this may come up as Farmington,NY with the same zipcode this is okay)
After you click "Book Now"
Our current hours are M, W, F - 10am-1pm
if you cant make any of these times work please read from the Mobile section starting at the underlined "Add to Waitlist" we will than contact you for availabily and see if we can accomidate you at the office outside these hours.
Click the day you would like to come in- you can slide the calendar to see dates outside the week
next click the time you would like to come in
you will then be taken to our intake form please fill out this form with your information and answer all questions truthfully and click next (if you are under 18 you will need a parent to do this part and add you as a child in the next part)
If under 18: after your parent fills out the first part and clicks next you will see a section that says "who are you booking for?" click the drop down menu and click "+Add Family & Friend" they will than click "child" you will need to fill out the prior form again but this time with the under 18 year olds information and signature
if you have any questions enter them in the abour your appointment section
check off the box and click "book"
you will then be redirected to our webpage you are now all done! Congrats!
If you would like to check your appointment or portal you may now click the "TLP OFFICE CLIENT PORTAL" button to login to your portal (enter your email and password you created)
If you click on this as soon as you are done you should still be logged in and taken to our services page - click the 3 lines in the top left corner
Under Purchases - click Appointments , from here you can see your upcoming and past appointments
Mobile & Office Portal
Log Into Your Client Portal:

For Victor,NY Office Clients - "TLP OFFICE CLIENT PORTAL"
For Mobile Clients - "TLP MOBILE CLIENT PORTAL"
You will be redirected to our appointment portal
click the 3 lines in the top left corner and at the bottom click "login"
Type your username and password and click "LOGIN"
From here you can click the 3 lines in the top left corner and navigate your portal - feel free to add a profile picture, schedule future sessions, pay for sessions and more!
******please remember if you are scheduling a mobile session the booking day and times that come up will only be associated for our office sessions availability - you can either message us for times and days available and we will schedule it if you did not schedule a follow up at your last session (you will than see this upcoming appointment in your portal OR you can schedule a session online by adding yourself to the mobile waitlist and we will reach out to you with availability in your area)
